About Juliet
Juliet is a passionate and driven integrated brand marketer and creative producer with over eight years of experience connecting bold storytelling to measurable revenue. Blending creative instincts with operational and financial rigor, she has a proven track record of taking new acquisition channels from test to scale and owning high-impact campaigns that drive millions in revenue.
Currently, Juliet serves as the Brand Marketing Manager & Head of Partnerships at JECT Medical Aesthetics, where she owns end-to-end monthly brand campaigns that drive $6M in quarterly revenue across creative, paid media, and conversion. At JECT, she scales major brand and influencer partnerships and uses AI-accelerated workflows alongside robust A/B testing to continuously refine audience and channel strategy. Simultaneously, she is the Lead Producer & Digital Strategist for the Five More Minutes Podcast, a channel she built from inception to over 10K+ weekly listeners in just five months.
Previously, as a Senior Creative Producer at People Inc., she led cross-platform campaigns for legacy lifestyle brands like Martha Stewart and Better Homes & Gardens, managing $200K quarterly budgets and reaching over 10 million consumers. Before that, Juliet spent four years as an Editorial Video Producer at Forbes Magazine, where she co-created and directed the Forbes Top Creators List (a flagship franchise generating $1M+ in annual revenue), architected a YouTube strategy that yielded 93% growth, and launched the Forbes TikTok page—generating over 20 million views in its first year. She is also the proud founder of the University of Southern California X Forbes Diversity Internship Initiative.
Juliet’s foundational roots in fast-paced newsrooms include serving as an Associate Digital Producer for NBC News, where she scaled their Instagram following by 109% in a single year under daily deadlines. She has also contributed to long-form documentary production with Lincoln Square Productions for A&E and produced overnight day-of-air segments for Good Morning America.
She holds an M.S. in Multimedia Journalism from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications from The George Washington University. When she isn't driving multi-channel growth, you can find her teaching reformer pilates, traveling for food, or looking out for wiener dogs in sweaters.
